Intimacy is opening your heart in connection with someone else vulnerably opening theirs.

So from my heart to yours…

I am here because I’ve had a lifelong attachment to difficult loves. On the quest to find true love and healing, I became a therapist, a yoga meditation teacher, an intimacy coach, and a lover of many wild relationships with humans of diverse cultural and sexual backgrounds.

All my joys and sufferings have led me here, ready to serve you, on the path of love - one that embraces the erotic love you have with yourself and others.

Hi, I’m Daisy!

Culturally sensitive and trauma-informed, my style of coaching is experientially embodied and two-way relational. My nurturing presence will hold you while you learn to find inner safety, and my ambition for your growth will guide the expansion of your capacity for intimacy and pleasure.

At age 18, a sudden onset of clinical depression took me to my first encounter with therapy. It illuminated my whole life history through the lens of trauma and the legacy of misattuned love. This meeting empowered me to seek a path of healing for myself and others, and unfolded close to two decades of professional training, personal therapy, and spiritual development. Meanwhile, in my private practice, I have evolved alongside 1500+ beautiful people who honoured me with their trust in healing together. My specializations are in trauma, relationships and intimacy. I enjoy keeping a separate coaching practice from my psychotherapy to offer potent experiential tools that are outside the territory of traditional therapy.

This was the beloved healing space for many years I’ve held for one-on-one therapy and small group yoga & meditation gatherings before I had to let it go after Covid. I now have a cozy home office where in-person work resumes when called for.

I am a full-time student of meditation, yoga, and spirituality with an active side. In the wintertime, you’ll find me shredding powder on my snowboard or feeding my travel bug. In the summertime, I am all about forest bathing and beach time. Tea rituals and playing music are my soul-care, while spending quality time with loved ones is my priority. Shibari is an old fantasy turned new hobby, and recently I’ve discovered that tricking my beagle into licking peanut butter off my feet is a little too pleasurable.
